What is the Youth Instructional Program?  
An opportunity for girls in grades 2-8 to learn the fundamental skills and rules in volleyball.

Where are the practices held?
South Middle School, 2115 Mitscher Ave., Eau Claire.

Who will be coaching?
Kim Wudi, UW-Eau Claire Head Volleyball Coach/Eau Claire Air Director and other Eau Claire Air coaches

How much does it cost and what do I get?
The cost is $85 per participant, which covers USAV youth membership, gym rental, equipment, administrative costs, an Eau Claire Air t-shirt, and a volleyball.

To Register for our Youth Program:

1.)  Download and print the following documents:

• 2010 E.C. Air - Badger Region - USA Volleyball Membership Form

• 2010 USA Youth & Junior Olympic Volleyball Player Medical Release Form

2.)  Follow the Online Registration Instructions to register on  www.signuptoplay.com.

3.)  Complete the 2010 E.C. Air - Badger Region - USA Volleyball Membership Form.  Be sure to sign both sides.

4.)  Complete the 2010 USA Youth & Junior Olympic Volleyball Player Medical Release Form, including immunization records. Both the parent and player must sign this form.

5.)  Mail the following to the address below:

               Player Medical Release Form
        D.   Program Fee:  $85.00 (check payable to E.C. Air)
